Fall Outfit Ideas

I looked through my blog posts over the last couple years and I’ve done Fall fashion pretty consistently. There is just something about switching from tanks & shorts to jeans & sweatshirts that gets people excited! Me included. This year I wanted to switch it up and bring some different outfit ideas. I hope you all enjoy them!

Look One

I’ve talked about faux leather skirts in some recent posts. They are trending this season and I’m all IN. I know it’s not the most practical and I also understand it’s not for everyone. But like I said I’m bringing some different style ideas. I couldn’t pass up this camel colored, flap pocket, button down faux leather skirt from H&M. This outfit would be great for date night, church, work, you see where I’m going. Throw on a jean jacket and some flats to make this a more casual look.

Look Two

Blazers are a huge hit this season. No longer is a blazer just worn at the office. I paired this blazer with a fine knit sweater and distressed jeans. I picked this lighter colored blazer to maximize my options for wear. A blazer is like a denim jacket – everyone should have at least one in their closet.

Look Three

Y’all didn’t think I would do Fall fashion and not include overalls did you? Haha!! I leveled up these overalls with a leopard print puff sleeve shirt. This outfit could be easily created with any animal print shirt. Did I mention animal print is also a big hit this year.

Look Four

If you caught my Insta-Stories recently you saw I did a Target try on session. I wasn’t in love with anything I tried on that day. However, everyone had an overwhelming positive response to this sweater dress. So I wanted to add it into the mix. You could definitely wear leggings or tights underneath in the Winter. Also, if heels aren’t for you think about swapping them out for flats.

Look Five

I’m still in love with this look from a Target try on session a couple weeks ago. This ribbed skirt is so comfy and chic!! It would look great with a chambray button down and booties. It’s good to have some other options in the colder seasons besides jeans.
